Paris is a beautiful Southern Ontario town where the Nith River feeds into the Grand River. Nestled in beside the Nith is a trail that might be the best kept secret of the community.
Starting and Ending in Lions Park, runners will travel along the Nith River towards The Barkers Bush Trail Loop
3k & 5k Trail Run Options
The course begins as pavement and becomes a more dynamic dirt trail with rocks and roots
3K Runners will exit the Barkers Bush Loop after 1 lap
5K Runners must complete 2 laps of the Loop
The Finish line is located in Lions Park where there will be Music, Vendors, and Awards
There will be an AID STATION located centrally for runners in need of assistance

UP Yoga & Wellness will be offering an Out-Door Yoga session to all participants who want to cool off and have fun!

Proceeds from the event will be donated to Brant Community Healthcare Systems Foundation, and registration fees include a $5 donation to benefit the Emergency Department renovation improvement project at
